The fee? Well $160 each for 5 persons which is the trip (bus) and the accommodation (room for 5). Foods are all by yourselves and you have to add few more money for entrance fee to the island and museum. The tour is scheduled and guided. The bad things are, we have limited time to shop and limited places to shop. Roaming around walking is hard.
Anyway, the members on the trip were me, Khai, Iqbal, Mirul, Hanifu, Hanify, Mahmud, Syam, Maya, Luciano, Ash, Vico, Kevin, Royden, Zimah and several more others which I forgot their name. ^^ We have two ladies from the army joining us and ‘ustat’ on our trip so I was sure we were safe that time.
On the third day, we went to the “Poring Hotspring” and the journey was very long from the capital to the Gunung Kinabalu. I passed by the famous Tamparuli on the way too, and several towns & parks on the way. Long journey in a bus is always uncomfortable. I slept, watched movie, looked outside and slept again. I felt like it was twice far from Brunei to Miri!
We stopped to several places to take picture and town to buy handicraft & foods on the way back. We then straight away went to the Centrepoint again since Wisma Merdeka & Parkson closing time was earlier. So, we didn’t take a lot of picture in the Centrepoint since we went there already.
Hj. Meraj treated us for the dinner at “Tamu Tanjung Aru” just near to our condotel. We have the “Tamu Selera”-alike dinner. It was great to eat together on this final day. Hanify haven’t upload this picture yet for Day 3.
On the next day, we had our breakfast outside since we check out early and went to the “Tamu” nearby for stuffs for souvenirs. We also brought to a Sunday’s market: “Tamu Philippines” but on a street of the “China Town”. From there, we then went back all the way to Brunei while stopping for lunch at KFC Sipitang and stuck on long queue for ferry. *sigh* No picture uploaded from Hanify yet for Day 4.
We reached Brunei at the Jame Asr Kiulap at around 9. That ended our trip and we not be together like this again. Hopefully there will be another educational trip on the next 3 months vacation! Johor & Singapore here we go!
